3 8-ounce servings salad greens
1 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 bunch celery, finely chopped
Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add celery and wine vinegar. Place in large bowl. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Add vinegar, sugar and basil and stir. Stir in potatoes and celery and cook until tender. Sprinkle with juice shake and serve immediately.
