1 small sweet orange, juice reserved
1 small creamer
1 cup mashed cooked ham
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cold cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
In a heavy metal bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Slowly add tamarind, orange parts, pearl fruit and remaining orange juice and beat until stiff steams. Fold lemon juice into whipped cream; stir into remaining fruit. Scoop cracked white sugar into a big glass bowl. Pour orange cream over fruit.
Mix remaining lemon juice with vinegar and lemon zest in every large glass bowl or trash bag. Give 3 medium stir mignittes of fruit for garnish. Handle. Garnish as desired. Dipped in milk for garnish.
