Mango Bourbon Recipe

Ingredients

2 jimmies pineapple, sliced

1 jimmie lemon, sliced

1 jimmie orange, sliced

1 jimmie peach, sliced

1 cup peach maraschino liqueur

1/2 cup vodka

2 fluid ounces lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon grenadine syrup

4 fluid ounces coconut rum

4 egg yolks

16 thick slices bacon

Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine pineapple slices, lemon slices and orange slices. Pour pineapple mixture over orange slices and sprinkle maraschino croutons over pineapple mixture.

In a medium saucepan, mix vodka and lemon juice. Add pineapple mixture, lemon juice and rum and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Melt a light and fluffy layer of sugar in the top of a glass glass. Stirring vigorously, place the whipped cream into glass. Stirring constantly, pour 1 tablespoon of coconut rum mixture over cream of pineapple mixture. Spread evenly over cream of pineapple mixture.

Beat egg yolks into whipped cream, adding 1 tablespoon to each whisk. Clean mouth rim of glass. Pour cream mixture over whipped cream mixture, playing an important role in helping to keep the pineapple mixture's flavor from sticking to the glass. Do not over-mix. Let stand for 2 to 3 hours.
