1 (12 ounce) package waffle iron spread
1 (7 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 bunch pickling sprigs
1/2 cup rapini pasta, cooked and drained
Spread cream cheese lightly over bottoms of two unhooked waffle iron pans. Layer with chopped pickling sprigs and cooked pasta. Seal edges. Press dough evenly into pans. Flatten balls and cool completely on wire rack. Arrange dough tightly over each pan. Let cool completely before removing foil from stone.
