1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, confectioners' sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and 1 1/3 cup of flour mixture. Stir in the baking powder and salt and salt and cinnamon alternately with the oil. Pour in 4 tablespoons of nutrients, and beat until well blended. Stir in the oats. Add the raisins.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the cookies out onto wire racks to cool completely.
