1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons Italian-style dressing
Melt cream cheese and lemon juice in small mixing bowl, stirring well to combine. Stir over medium heat until whipping, about 1 minute. Butter cream; add lemon zest.
When whipping cream drops to speed, reduce heat to low; add Italian-style salad dressing. Continue to whip, until mixture coats the back of a metal spoon.
