1 (18 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3.5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup boiling water
4 (1 ounce) squares Jell-O
1 fluid ounce evaporated milk
In a large glass or metal bowl, stir together gelatin and boiling water. Slowly pour mixture into plastic bag; shake vigorously until gelatin is squished and water is clear. Pour mixture into large glass or metal bowl; shake vigorously just until combined. Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C.)
Spread cake evenly on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Reserve 12 cookies for garnish.
