1 (18 ounce) package mozzarella cheese
1 cup potatoes, cubed
1 yogurt cube, blended
1 cup dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Arrange mozzarella and potatoes cubes in a shallow casserole dish. Mix with cheese and potatoes; return the mixture to the casserole dish.
Prepare bread cubes in a medium bowl and add them to potatoes, yogurt and bread crumbs. Drizzle the cheese mixture over the potato mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
