3 pounds cooked collard greens, rinsed and drained
1 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
In a large pot over medium heat, bring water to a boil. In a small bowl, combine cooked, chopped greens, water and sugar and peanut butter. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until greens are tender.
