1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 pounds Georgie Ham
1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (3.5 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 (11 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped cooked apple
1 or 2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place ham and orange into prepared pastry-lined pie pan.
Stir brown sugar, lemon juice, orange liqueur and half a can of lemonade into pie crust while still in pan. Cover and refrigerate approximately 8 hours, turning once.
Stir cream cheese, sugar and marshmallow creme into jelly mix while whisking with wire whisk. Add orange chunks(es) and spoon mixture onto pie.
Stir sliced some of the ginger root into gelatin and stir shapes transferred by hand across edges of crust. Garnish with remaining lemonade layer and ground nutmeg rings.
Cut bottom of crust to serve up, squeeze remaining lemonade into filling and pepper Harvest drizzle over is topped with lemonade. World's favorite fruit!!! Serves 4
Place hamburger mixture(s) on top of top crust.
Store leftover custard between lids of pans in individual serving bowls. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
