1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano pepper, crushed
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in salt, garlic, ginger, parsley, red pepper and oregano. Cook and stir until peppers are heated, stirring until fragrant.
Stir in basil and oregano pepper; cook and stir until aromatic. Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Place cheese in skillet. Grill cheese and peppers over medium heat for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and cheese is bubbly. Serve immediately.
