Taco Ichiban Corn Croquettes Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef

1/4 cup yellow food coloring

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons chili powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon sriracha pepper seasoning

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Lightly oil a medium skillet or pan, and heat over medium heat. Place the browned beef, and stir into the skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, until evenly browned; drain excess fat.

Spread the Worcestershire sauce on the bottom and coat well. You can toss with chili powder, or a little garlic salt, if desired. Sprinkle the browned beef with hamburger dip mixture. Mince the taco seasoning and sprinkle over the beef.

Bake for about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Cook uncovered, turning occasionally, until beef is no longer pink.
