2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup bread flour
2 cups chopped poblano pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon margarine
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
15 slices white bread, not plastic
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
Combine eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, bread flour, poblano pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder, margarine and flour. Mix thoroughly. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes, or until center of the bread springs back when touched.
