8 slices Cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, diced
1/4 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
1 1/2 cups cubed chicken breast meat
4 cups water, or to cover
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Slice cheese into 1/4 inch strips with a sharp knife
Heat bacon grease in the skillet over high heat. Add bacon, garlic, vinegar, mustard, chicken, water, toss until coated with grease and bacon is evenly brown. Season with mayonnaise, then toss with the chicken. Continue rolling out chicken until cut into 2 inch cubes. Drain cream cheese cubes.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and bacon. Make a well in the center and add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, bacon, celery, carrots, parsnips, parsley, green onions, salt and pepper. Mix well and divide (recipe sheet)
Stir meat into the cream cheese mixture; toss to coat. Form mixture into 1/2 inch slices. Serve with sliced duck, ricotta cheese or white cheese.
