1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
8 ounces shredded French cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup frozen pepperoni sausage, sliced
In a medium bowl, mix milk, Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, French cheese, onion, bell pepper and parsley. Shape mixture into a small loaf and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Place on pizza crust or individual plates.
Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for five minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and continue baking for 1 to 2 minutes more.
