I added a pound of fresh red mushrooms and red bell pepper flakes to the pot along with the four cloves of diced garlic. I also added a 7-day-old Bloody Mary (using 80% broth and 10% fat.) I served my beef tenderloin sandwiches with the finished meal: A thick batter was formed and was the exact consistency I was looking for. I measured onto two pieces of crusty bread and lined the slices of bread with aluminum foil. Burnished the meat and threw it in with the vegetables. Wow is this good.
