2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 pound ham, sliced
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese blend, softened
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 or 12 baking sheets.
Whisk together butter and milk in large bowl. Stir together cream cheese, cream cheese blend, chopped mushrooms, onions and bell pepper over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Stir continuously until well blended and well-blended. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheets and bake 6 to 7 minutes or until cooked through.
