1 cup butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in lemon juice and orange juice. Add to peanut butter mixture. Bring mixture to a low simmer, then stir in the oranges. Remove from the heat. Let cool and stir in cream cheese.
I t turned out pretty soggy and ranny. Threw up with a drab hump in my smoothie.
Just Made This There.....I Love Portland, OR! I followed the recipe exactly and it was very easy to make......I only added 2 Tbls. cream cheese and gave it a gentle stir to try & get it nice and thick. It turned out perfect..I had everything on hand and I milled the sweet potatoes & mushrooms. I added a big pinch of nutmeg and served it with the sweet potato casserole. It was still pretty thin so maybe next time I'll add another can of mushroom soup and probably leave out the pasta. Just wanted to give a little something for my giftee and I will !
