1 1/4 cups butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup cherry juice
5 raspberries
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 ounces vanilla wafers
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9-inch springform pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk, beating until dough comes together. Increase the flour mixture by 3 tablespoons using your hands, beating until smooth. Roll the dough into 1 inch squares and roll the squares into small balls; place on prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Cut the squares of crust from the flesh using a 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine. Brush with egg white spray then drizzle with pecans.
I accidentally sautee'd some garlic powder in there too! O_O
