1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 pounds shredded Cheddar cheese
1 onion, sliced into rings
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 8 inch pizza pans.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Stir in cheese, onion, and mushrooms.
Pour in corn, tomato paste, tomatoes with green chiles, green onions, cheese mixture, tomato sauce, tomato paste mixture, tomato paste mixture, tomato paste and tomato paste mix. Bring to a boil.
Stir in cheese mixture, tomato sauce, tomato paste and tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir in mozzarella cheese and cornstarch. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm.
