1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
3 1/4 cups milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 pinch garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan, mix flour, vinegar, milk, salt, Cheddar cheese, egg and garlic powder. Combine vinegar mixture with flour mixture. Mix gently until batter is evenly distributed. Spread mixture onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 85 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven and sprinkle with basil and oregano. Drizzle remaining remaining flour mixture over baking sheet.
Return baked pasta to oven, stirring, and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
