1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
In a shallow dish, mix the lean ground beef, onion, garlic and salt, oregano, basil, sage, rosemary, thyme, rosemary, sassaf, oregano, basil flakes, sage, rosemary and tarragon. Place mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until well browned on both sides, about 1 hour.
