2 1/3 cups lemon-lime flavored liqueur
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 lemons, cut into wedges
1 orange, sliced
1 pint vanilla ginger ale
In a large saucepan, heat liqueur and milk, stirring occasionally. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and strain into a glass or plastic container. Store in airtight containers.
Return lemonade concentrate to heat and mix with lemonade. Pour into glass or plastic container and chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Stir lemonade into lemon flavored liqueur and lemon juice before pouring over lemon slice or citrus slices. Garnish with lemon peel and serve.
