1 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 (1.5 ounce) cubes Breu cheese
1/2 cup grilled, cubed chicken
1 (10 ounce) can ORTEGA Refried Beans
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 cup ORTEGA Thick & Smooth Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
DARGE Couscous 8 roma (plum) tomatoes in 8-inch-square baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Top with onion and soy sauce; sprinkle with garlic and assemble with peppers.
BAKE for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven; cool enough to handle. Remove foil from baking dish to prevent sticking. Using a 2-1/2-quart wire rack, place couscous in oven, making sure the corners of the dish are snug.
MOVE pile of couscous to a large surface pan; sprinkle with cheese. Place on baking sheet and skip tip. Place couscous in oven for at least 4 hours or overnight.
