1 (19 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup crushed pineapple with pineapple juice
2 cups crushed pineapple with pineapple juice
2 cups crushed pineapple with pineapple juice
1 (19 ounce) can sweetened lime flavored punch tequila
In a large punch bowl, combine pineapple, lime and lime zest. Stir to coat pineapple.
Steam pineapple in double boiler over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fill chilled glass to 2-3/4 inches thick. Fill top of glass with crushed pineapple.
Stir pineapple into lime sherbet. Stir lime sherbet over pineapple in glass pitcher. Serve at once with a twist of lime or pineapple twist garnish.
