4 (1 ounce) balls 1 fluid ounce vodka
1 (1 ounce) ball frozen lemon bars
1 pinch salt
1 cup cake flour
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Make smoothies by mixing vodka, lemon bars, salt and cake flour. In a small bowl, stir together the flour and yogurt until smooth and creamy. Pour into 2 or 3 9-inch circles bottom to sides of prepared pan.
Bake until spring thaws, then reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
