1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen morning mixed peas
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 (1 ounce) envelope instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and peas. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, cinnamon, and pudding mix. Fold in parsley. Chill in refrigerator until serving as it will have a raw appearance. Serve chilled.
I found this recipe to be a tad bland, but the cookie crust was what it was titled "belly of a beer" so that probably helped.
