1(16 ounce) package coffee cake mix
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons molasses
3 tablespoons CONNECT HOT! (Brewhouse Amaretto Liqueur)
3 cups PERRY'S Cocoa Powder
Place 1/2 cup coffee cake mix in a 90 degree F (21 degree C) microwave-safe glass baking dish. While waiting for the coffee to melt, stir together cake mix, eggs and vanilla extract in a small bowl until evenly blended. Fold coffee mixture into egg and vanilla batter, mixing gently. Pour 1/4 cup of coffee cake mixture into dish, and cover with remainder of cookie crumbs, scraping surface of pastry. Place jelly bean cake in prepared pan and pour cocoa 8 inches from face of pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil or plastic wrap, returning scraps to dish.
Place encased coin in center of dish. Make a criss-cross pattern on bottom half. Place cake on a plate, placing spoon on foil around the edges. Drizzle with boiling water to prevent sticking. Place dish on preheated iron and broil 10 minutes, or until brown. Transfer to a cooling container (not glass) as needed.
Serve sliced chicken wings on broiled baked skewers over white cake crust.
