1 1/2 pounds beef cubes
4 onions, chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 cups water
Chop beef cubes into pieces. Transfer beef cubes to a saucepan and set aside. Increase temperature to medium-high and stir in tomato sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, parsley, dill weed and water. Bring to a rolling boil.
Reduce heat to low and stir in water. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove meat cubes from saucepan.
Stir meat mixture into rice and stir in the tomato sauce. Serve over rice. Serve at room temperature.
