I have a recipe nearly identical to this one (uses half the amount of ingredients and makes one large loaf). It is absolutely delicious! If you're looking for a sweet bread with a subtle spice, give this one a try. My husband and toddlers love it! Although it can be made into loaves--I discovered that if I left out the cinnamon, the bread hardly got rid of the cinniness. But it was still good, and I would make it again. The dough directions are a bit confusing--I found that delaying the full baking time to let them rise in the fridge will help. But I also found that shaking the loaf occasionally will help.
