2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dried red chile peppers
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium saucepan, bring butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion, peppers, basil, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Stir together and cook over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes.
When the cheese has melted, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the bottom of a pie dish. Pour the remaining olive oil over the top and drizzle with Alfredo sauce.
Cover the surface with foil and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
