Great cookie recipe! I made a few alterations just based on what I had in the kitchen, but everything was delicious, will definitely be making these again. I used chocolate chip cookie dough and they were the nicest looking cookies I have ever made. They were sooo hard and it was nice for me and my brother to have a nice hard day at work. I really liked the cookie crust though. It was a nice change from the normal sticky sugar cookie crusts we have gotten used to. I liked the cookie even more because my brother had made these before and I had never seen them disappear. I think they are just too bland. I will try adding a little baking powder next time and see what that does.

Very good and different - people thought the bread pudding was apricot-y, but I actually like it more like a pudding. Thin - I used pudding mix and it was lovely. Thin - I used water. Great taste.
