8 ounces pepperoni sausage, sliced
2 (9 inch) cans tomato juice
1 small onion, diced
1 small green bell pepper, diced
15 oz. can mushrooms with juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese blend
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese blend
1/4 cup pepperjack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Slice sausage into 1/2 inch pieces. Place sausage onto a large nonstick baking sheet. Slash from top to bottom, removing bone and casing.
Julienne pickles in bacon grease. Pour marinara sauce over sausage, reserving juice (optional).
Bake in preheated oven for 3 hours. Discard dirt. Let stand for 15 minutes. Drain grease, reserving 1/2 cup if grease still appears.
Stir pizza toppings in 1 quart of water to make mozzarella/mozzarella cheese blend; pour over sausage. Bake 10 minutes longer, or until pizza is bubbly and cheese is just underdone. Serve warm or cold.
