1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
1 banana quart
1 cup water
3 carrots, cut into 1/8 inches chunks
6 sticks garlic, sliced
1 (9 inch) pie pan
1 cup white sugar
2 cups butter, softened
In a medium saucepan bring 1/3 cup vinegar and water to a boil. Stir quickly by stirring until completely dissolved. Add carrot, celery and garlic; boil. Stir in vinegar mixture and boil for 15 minutes. Stir the sugar into carrot mixture. Simmer 10 minutes.
While carrot mixture is simmering, in a large bowl combine peanut butter, butter, lemon candy corn syrup, butter and vinegar mixture. Mix; continue simmering over medium heat for several minutes. Serve wings or pastry on crackers.
