1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (3 ounce) can sliced peaches, divided
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Stir in peaches and marshmallows. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely on waxed paper.
