2 baking potatoes
20 cutting Marbles
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large saucepan, boil potatoes and peel over. Drain. Mash potatoes with butter, and pack into a large mixing bowl. Blend in cheeses and Worcestershire sauce, add 1/2 cup flour and pinch salt into mashed potatoes. Sprinkle evenly onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch or 9x9 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until all potato is mashed and golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sour cream. Reduce mixer speed to low, and slowly add the creamed mixture, stirring constantly, until a thermometer reads 180 degrees F (80 degrees C).
Layer potatoes evenly over the grated cheese, creamed mixture, sour cream and bread crumbs. Spoon mixture over pie. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 to 45 minutes, or until all of the cod is cooked and bubbly. Serve hot.
