2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (2 pound) whole chicken, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 cup cooked basmati rice
1 1/2 teaspoons crumbled brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) container chicken broth
14 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine chicken, oil, parsley, mustard, rice, brown sugar, salt, broth and chicken breasts. Mix well.
Bake uncovered chicken at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour.
