1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 (10 ounce) can meat gelatin
1 tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
In a heatproof saucepan, bring 2 to 3 cup cooled milk mixture to a boil.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and pulse one-half teaspoon at a time into milk mixture. Mix in gelatin measure 2 tablespoons.
Stir tomato mixture into milk mixture and mix into saucepan, heat gently, stirring gently. Cover saucepan, and simmer over medium heat for 1 to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Return milk mixture to heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Mix in meat gelatin among all of mixture to reach desired consistency. Pour mixture over chicken and toss, brush with tomato sauce, and serve hot.
