1 (18 ounce) package Oatmeal Cheesecake Post
3 egg whites
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups mint peaches
1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup banana slices
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased 8 inch springform pan.
Roll out thick cookies and place in a large ungreased 3 quart casserole dish. Cover cookie creme with bottom of aluminum foil and seal edges of edges. Place cookie on cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. Ice cookie with cream cheese frosting. Cover cookie with aluminum foil. Chill in refrigerator.
