1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
4 slices bacon
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 dash oregano
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease one 10-in. round sandwich pan, 9x9 inches.
In a medium bowl, mix together ground beef, garlic powder, chili powder, basil, bacon, onion, tarragon, dry mustard, onion powder, oregano, coriander, poppy seeds, salt and pepper. Pour over prepared pan and toast in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into center of griddle comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
