2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 dash Worcestershire pepper (optional)
In a medium saucepan, bring lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, chicken bouillon granules, pepper sauce, and Worcestershire pepper to a boil for about 5 minutes.
Grind lemon juice mixture into the boiling mixture. Place chicken in meat marinade, cutting each breast every 10 minutes for 2 to 3 hours.
