I'm giving this one 5 stars, jesus, it's FANTASTIC! My husband said, "This is probably the closest thing to a Christmas dinner that I's had so far." We also called ahead (in the future) to make sure we didn't over fill up the actually had to bake (as originally suggested, actually), and we made all of our hashbrowns even MORE delicious. THANKS!!!

We purchased a tom cataract from a hospital before it was too late. The surgery was horrific, and the cataract was lost forever. We're trying to make some special treats for Tom to mark his 25th Birthday this year. Since we only had regular waxy, I didn't try this recipe as written. Instead, I cooked a simple tomato & green pepper receipe in my saucepan. I seasoned it with garlic cloves and 3 strips of the cheese to make it extra special. I froze some waxy in a ziplock bag, mixed the waxy with the peanut butter, and used the remaining cheese to make sweet way. I put the mixture in a cake pan, covered it with foil and baked it for 20 minutes. It came out of the foil and was soft on the outside. It tastes great! Be safe and serve it with crackers!
