Cheese Dip II Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup milk

1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 (8 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese

1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce

3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, mix 3/4 cup milk, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Swiss cheese, tomato sauce and cheese. Chill in refrigerator. Serve immediately.

I really enjoyed making this and looking forward to making it again. I did add flour to thin the consistency of the sauce but only a little so it was thick enough to coat the bread (~1/2 cup). I tested it by placing a slice of provolone in the center of the bread and seeing how it cooked. Halfway through cooking, the cheese bubbled to the surface and were delightful to behold. I may do again and again!
