2 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 (10 ounce) package brie cheese spread, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 10 inch tube pan.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup mushrooms, 3 tablespoons olive oil, mushrooms, eggs, milk, cheese and black olives. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
Remove puffs from pan, sprinkle with melted cheese, and return to pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until bubbly and golden brown. Cool puffs thoroughly. Cool completely, and frost with your favorite brie cheese or Swiss cheese spread.
