1138 Graham Cracker Cookies
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups whole milk chocolate milks
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets or line them with waxed paper.
In a large bowl, beat egg, baking powder, almond extract and vanilla until smooth. Combine whole milk chocolate mixtures and milk. Mix well and press onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
