Pasta Marinara Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound meatloaf

1/2 pound Italian sausage

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper

1 (15 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (15 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained

1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti sauce

1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (4 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine the meatloaf, sausage, mushrooms, mushrooms, red bell pepper, tomato paste, tomatoes and spaghetti sauce in a large bowl. Roll into a wrap or pizza shape and place 1 inch apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with egg, tomato paste and pepper sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 5 to 10 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink. Remove foil and continue cooking for 10 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink.
