Granola Bars II Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup margarine

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 cup whipping cream

1 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large bowl, cream margarine and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the whipping cream and sugar. Blend in eggs, one at a time, then beat in the vanilla. Fold in the chopped walnuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a pan comes out clean. Cool completely before ice cream is stored.
