Glazed Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups butter, melted

1 cup applesauce

1/4 cup sherry

2 teaspoons packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg, beaten

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese

1/2 cup white sugar

1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup diced pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, applesauce, sherry and brown sugar. Stir in the vanilla.

Combine the brown sugar, evaporated milk, milk, pecans and egg; mix well. Spread the mixture into the baking dish, lining the edges with pecans.

Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, uncovered. Remove crepe from oven and broil completely.
