1/2 cup butter, margarine, buttery salt
1 tablespoon Worish
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 (3.5 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound lean pork
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
In a medium bowl, have melted butter. Cut in Worish and cook gently for about 5 minutes. Add milk, Italian seasoning, cream cheese, cheese, meat, pork, parsley, paprika and oregano. Mix thoroughly. Place in refrigerator.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve over ramekins or salads.
