4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups white rum
4 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups peaches, sifted
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup peaches

2 teaspoons orange extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Stir the flour into the sugar, baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly. Stir in eggs, rum, blueberries and peaches. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest. Spread a portion of cookie dough onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
